To renew your registered domains, first log into your account at www.gen.xyz with your email and password credentials. If you have forgotten these, simply click the “Reset Password” link and follow the instructions.

In your account next to your domain, click the “Manage” button:
On this page you will see the information regarding your registration. 

To renew your domain please follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://gen.xyz/account/ and at the top navigation bar go to My Account -> Manage
2. Under the "Your Domains" section locate the domain name you wish to renew then click "Manage"
3. Below the Recurring Amount, click the “Renew Now” button.
   Verify that all of the registration information is correct and submit order.
4. Check the box next to the domain name and select the time period you wish to renew the domain for using the drop-down menu in the rightmost column
5. Click "Add to Cart" and complete the checkout process

 You can use the same method of payment as the initial registration or choose to use a new payment method before submitting your order.
Once the order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email for your renewal. Please note that if you change your contact email address, you will need to verify this email address per ICANN’s email verification requirement.
