I'm getting emails immediately after my registration asking me to verify my email address. Why?
As a new mandate by ICANN, all new domain registrations are subject to email address verification. Please verify your contact information by clicking the link in a separate email from gen.xyz[at]topdns.com with the subject line starting with “E-mail address verification initiated.”
Please check your SPAM folder as well in case the verification email landed there.
Customers can typically expect to receive this email within 1 week after the domain has been activated.
Make sure to verify your info within 15 days of receiving the email. Otherwise, your domains will be temporarily suspended.
