The platform is designed to offer reduced blocktimes (the average time it takes for a new block to be added to a blockchain) and support for using stablecoins like USDC for transaction fees. This model aims to reduce the fragmentation traditionally associated with stablecoin routing, helping appchains focus on delivering high-quality products.
Noble’s platform is designed to support developers who create independent blockchains, often called appchains. Its flexible design works with different blockchain networks, including Cosmos, Ethereum-based systems (EVM), and Celestia. Noble focuses on making its platform easy to use while offering a fast way to issue digital assets like stablecoins (cryptocurrencies tied to real-world currencies) and real-world assets (RWAs), such as tokenized versions of stocks or commodities.
Noble is led by a team of co-founders with varied backgrounds in blockchain, finance, and advocacy. Jelena Djuric, Co-Founder and CEO, has contributed to major blockchain ecosystems like Cosmos and Celo and co-founded the Canadian Web3 Council. Stefan Coolican, Co-Founder and COO/CFO, brings experience from Ether Capital and a background in investment banking. John Letey, Co-Founder and CTO, was previously Co-Founder and CTO of decentralized data validation and storage system KYVE and has contributed to the Arweave and Ethereum ecosystems. Together, their combined skills in blockchain, finance, and advocacy fuel Noble’s innovative approach.
