In this week’s #AIMonday, we’ll introduce you to an AI wearable company developing AI-native devices designed to function as personal AI assistants: NeoSapien.xyz.
NeoSapien.xyz is the online home of NeoSapien, a Bengaluru, India-based technology company developing AI-native wearable devices designed to function as personal AI assistants. The company’s flagship product, Neo 1, is positioned as a “second brain” that captures and organizes conversations and actions in real time across more than 100 languages. In January 2025, the company secured INR 80 lakhs on Shark Tank India Season 4, in an investment led by Namita Thapar, as reported by Entrepreneur India. 1In December 2025, the startup raised $2M in seed funding. The round was led by Merak Ventures, with participation from angel investors including Awais Ahmed, Anupam Mittal, Sameer Mehta, Namita Thapar, and Aprameya Radhakrishna.2

NeoSapien was founded in 2024 by brothers Dhananjay Yadav and Aryan Yadav. Dhananjay Yadav serves as Co-Founder and CEO. According to his LinkedIn profile, his background includes senior marketing and growth leadership roles at Zalando, a global fashion e-commerce company, Livspace, a home interiors and renovation platform, HomeLane, an interior design and home solutions company, and ClearTax, an Indian financial technology company. His experience spans digital media strategy, product growth, and customer acquisition across multiple markets. Aryan Yadav is Co-Founder and CTO. As shared on LinkedIn, his experience spans AI research, quantitative analysis, and product development. He previously worked as an AI researcher at Siemens Technology India, the research and development arm of Siemens in India, where he focused on neural architectures for vision tasks, and as a quantitative researcher at WorldQuant, a global quantitative investment firm. Prior to NeoSapien, he also held product and technical roles at ICICI Bank, an Indian multinational banking and financial services institution, and at SqFt 51, an AI-focused startup building tools for architects.
