In this XYZ Quarterly, we’ll cover five .xyz websites that bring a rebrand to life. We’ll also provide a recap of XYZ’s Q3 2026 activity.
The emerging technologies that we cover continue to evolve. The content below offers ideas for inspiration, showcasing .xyz community members implementing these innovative concepts. The examples of .xyz community members are real-life pioneers implementing technology in the realm of each idea. The information we provide does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by XYZ. We encourage you to do your own research before using the products and services we feature.

As businesses, organizations, and creative projects evolve, their online presence can evolve with them. A website often serves as a key expression of a brand online, and choices such as a domain name can help reflect how a project identifies itself, communicates its purpose, and presents its latest direction to its audience.
This year’s XYZ Quarterly theme is “Strengthening Digital Identity with XYZ Registry Domains.” Throughout 2026, we are exploring different elements that can support a project’s digital identity, from selecting a memorable domain name to organizing a website as a central online hub and aligning a domain with an evolving brand. Along the way, we are highlighting .xyz websites that demonstrate these approaches in practice.
In Q3, we focus on companies and projects that adopted .xyz as part of a rebrand or evolving brand identity. A new domain can accompany changes to a company name, visual identity, positioning, or direction, while giving the updated brand a recognizable online presence. Below, we highlight five websites from the .xyz community that demonstrate how organizations have incorporated .xyz into their evolving identities.
A rebrand can give a company or project an opportunity to reconsider how its identity appears online. Changes to a name, visual identity, product focus, or broader positioning can also prompt a change in domain name, helping the website reflect the brand that visitors encounter across other channels. A domain that closely aligns with a brand can provide a clear and recognizable foundation for that updated identity.
For some organizations, a rebrand means moving away from a longer or modified domain in favor of one that more directly reflects the company name. For others, it can mean adopting a domain that better suits a new direction or creates a more distinctive online identity. In either case, the domain can become part of how the updated brand is presented and recognized online.
The following .xyz websites showcase companies and projects that adopted .xyz as part of an evolving brand identity, demonstrating how a domain change can help bring a rebrand to life online.
Push.xyz is the online home of PUSH, a Shanghai-based creative studio that works with brands, artists, and creative companies on campaigns, music videos, and original projects. The studio’s current website highlights work for clients and collaborators including Adidas, Beats by Dre, Megan Thee Stallion, Rosalía, Toyota, and The North Face. PUSH describes itself as a creative studio inspired by culture and lists operations across Australia, China, Europe, Japan, and Singapore.1
PUSH previously used pushmedia.co before adopting the shorter Push.xyz. The change removed “Media” from the domain and brought the website into direct alignment with the PUSH name. That broader identity also suits the range of work represented on the current website, which now spans categories including campaigns, content, design, experiences, music videos, and originals rather than positioning the studio around a single type of media.
The move demonstrates one way a domain change can accompany an evolving brand without requiring an entirely new company name. PUSH presents its four-letter brand on its own in the Push.xyz domain while maintaining room for the studio’s work and geographic presence to continue expanding.
Ackee.xyz is the online home of Ackee Blockchain Security, a Prague, Czech Republic-based blockchain security company providing smart contract auditing, security tooling development, and blockchain security education. The company works across Ethereum, Solana, and EVM-based projects, and its website highlights security work involving projects like liquid staking protocol Lido, smart account platform Safe, DeFi lending protocol Aave, cross-chain platform Axelar, and decentralized exchange aggregator 1inch. Ackee also develops open-source security tools including Wake and Trident and provides blockchain security education through Czech Technical University and programs such as School of Solana.
Ackee previously operated its website at ackeeblockchain.com before moving to Ackee.xyz. The move shortened the company’s domain from its full descriptive name to its primary brand, “Ackee,” while the website itself continues to identify the company as Ackee Blockchain Security.
The change illustrates how an established company can separate its domain identity from a longer description of what it does. Ackee.xyz gives the company a concise domain name centered on the Ackee name, while the website and its content provide the context that defines the company’s blockchain security focus. The move also places Ackee among the growing number of blockchain projects and organizations using .xyz for their online presence.
ZKV.xyz is the online home of ZKV, an organization focused on supporting zero-knowledge technology and the development of decentralized networks. Its current website presents ZKV’s work across validator infrastructure, community initiatives, grants, investments, sponsorships, and education. ZKV currently lists validator operations across networks including Celestia, Celo, Cosmos Hub, Espresso, Noble, Polkadot, Sui, and Walrus, and states that its mission is to empower ZK builders and promote adoption of zero-knowledge technology.
ZKV previously used zkvalidator.com, a domain tied closely to its validator function, before adopting the shorter ZKV.xyz. The updated domain pairs the abbreviated ZKV name with a broader website that now covers more than validator infrastructure. In addition to staking, the website highlights investments, community events, grants and sponsorships, and ZKV’s Map of ZK.
The evolution from zkvalidator.com to ZKV.xyz demonstrates how a shorter brand and domain can give an organization room to represent a wider range of activity. Rather than defining the organization through one function, the ZKV identity can encompass its validator work alongside its broader involvement in the zero-knowledge ecosystem.
StudioYellow.xyz is the online home of Studio Yellow, a branding, web design, and marketing agency founded in 2013. The agency’s current website lists locations in San Francisco, Miami, Vancouver, and São Paulo, and states that it has completed more than 300 projects for more than 150 clients. Its portfolio includes branding and digital work for companies across industries, while its services span visual identity, brand positioning, web design, marketing, automation, and brand revamps. Independent Brazilian trade publication Meio & Mensagem reported on Studio Yellow’s launch in São Paulo in July 2013.2
Studio Yellow previously used the Brazil-specific studioyellow.com.br before adopting StudioYellow.xyz. The earlier domain reflected the agency’s Brazilian roots, while the current domain removes the geographic component from its online identity. Today, Studio Yellow describes a presence spanning the United States, Canada, and Brazil, and its LinkedIn profile page identifies its headquarters in Silicon Valley, California.
That evolution provides a different example of how a domain can change alongside a brand’s growth. StudioYellow.xyz retains the complete Studio Yellow name without tying the platform to one country, giving the agency an identity that can remain consistent as its client base and geographic footprint evolve.
Capital.xyz became the online home of Capital in 2022 when financial technology startup Party Round adopted a new name as part of a broader expansion of its product and brand. Party Round had initially focused on helping early-stage companies automate fundraising processes. In October 2022, TechCrunch reported that the company rebranded as Capital as it expanded beyond fundraising to provide founders with tools for raising, holding, and spending company funds.3 In that article, co-founder Jordi Hays states “Fundraising and investing gets so much attention in the startup media, but it’s maybe like 1-5% of what it actually takes to build a company.”.4
The change went beyond replacing an existing domain with a shorter version of the same name. Party Round moved from partyround.com5 to Capital.xyz as the company became Capital, making the new domain part of the new identity. The shorter domain gave the company a direct match for its new brand, while the broader “Capital” name provided room for a product vision that was no longer limited to facilitating fundraising. Forbes similarly reported that Party Round changed its name to Capital as it expanded its offering to include a business checking account and debit card.6
Capital’s story continued after the rebrand. Capital later joined business banking platform Rho, which states that Capital’s founders and key team members joined the business while Capital customers were offered access to Rho’s financial platform.7 Even with that later development, the Party Round-to-Capital transition provides a clear example of a company introducing a new name, an expanded direction, and a matching Capital.xyz domain as part of the same evolution.
The examples above span a creative studio, a blockchain security company, a zero-knowledge organization, a global branding agency, and a financial technology company. Their changes also took different forms: PUSH and Ackee shortened domains built around longer versions of their names, ZKV moved beyond a domain tied to a specific function, Studio Yellow adopted a domain name without a country-specific extension, and Party Round introduced an entirely new identity with Capital.
Across those different paths, the common thread is alignment. As a company changes its name, expands its services, reaches new markets, or refines how it presents itself, its existing domain may no longer represent the identity it wants to carry forward. These five examples demonstrate how adopting a .xyz domain can accompany that evolution, giving a brand a domain that reflects where it is now while leaving room for where it may go next.
Looking back on Q3, the XYZ community kept building: businesses, organizations, developers, and independent creators used .xyz and other XYZ Registry domains to establish and evolve their online presence, while existing community members announced new products, funding, collaborations, and other developments.
Throughout the quarter, our monthly Domains Report series and ongoing case studies highlighted members of the XYZ community working across areas including AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, quantum computing, gaming, design, and creative technology. These features demonstrated the range of ways XYZ Registry domains are being used by emerging projects, established organizations, and individual creators.
Below is a snapshot of key moments and milestones from Q3 2026.

Earlier this quarter, we published our Q2 2026 Anti-Abuse Quarterly Report, highlighting how our membership with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) supports efforts to disrupt child sexual abuse material (CSAM) online. XYZ Registry has been an IWF member since 2021, helping fund the organization’s work to identify and assess CSAM and taking action on reports involving domains across our Top Level Domains (TLDs).
The report also demonstrates the impact registry-level action can have when abuse spans many URLs on a single domain. In one recent case, approximately 8,000 URLs reported by the IWF traced back to one domain. XYZ Registry suspended the domain, cutting off access to all of those URLs in a single enforcement action.
Our Quarterly Anti-Abuse Reports provide greater visibility into our ongoing enforcement efforts and industry collaborations. You can explore recent findings and activity in the Q2 2026 Anti-Abuse Quarterly Report, read more about our anti-abuse initiatives on our blog, and learn about our broader approach through the XYZ Anti-Abuse hub.
At XYZ Registry, maintaining a secure domain space remains a core part of our mission. Our anti-abuse program is designed to address evolving threats across our TLD ecosystem, including misuse involving phishing, malware distribution, spam, and other forms of abuse. We enforce our Anti-Abuse Policy through ongoing review of abuse signals and collaboration with industry partners.
To report abuse in any XYZ Registry TLD, submit a ticket at https://gen.xyz/abuse or email [email protected].
For additional information about our anti-abuse efforts, visit the XYZ Anti-Abuse hub, a central resource covering our monitoring processes, abuse reporting, and actions taken in collaboration with industry partners and law enforcement. We invite you to explore the hub and learn more about our ongoing efforts to support a more secure internet.
This quarter, we highlighted websites using a range of XYZ Registry domain endings, illustrating how businesses and organizations can pair their online presence with domains relevant to their industries. Examples included a haircare brand using .Beauty, an automotive retail group using .Auto, and a professional microphone company using .Audio. Alongside websites using other XYZ Registry domains, these examples demonstrate how industry-specific domain endings can complement a brand name while clearly signaling the products, services, or expertise visitors can expect to find on the website.
Below are some of the websites using XYZ Registry domains featured this quarter:
Hofmann.Auto is the online home of Hofmann Automobile, a German automotive retail group headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria. According to the website, the company operates dealerships in Ingolstadt, Regensburg, Pfaffenhofen, Abensberg, Neuburg an der Donau, and Mertingen, representing the BMW, MINI, and XPENG brands.
Circle.Audio is the online home of Circle Audio, a microphone company developing professional recording equipment for musicians, producers, engineers, and studios. As stated on the website, the company’s mission is to “provide the best microphones on the planet at a price that makes them accessible to everyone.”
GrowGood.Beauty is the online home of Grow-Good, a haircare brand founded by Grammy-winning artist Cardi B, born Belcalis Almánzar. The brand launched its debut collection on April 15, 2026, developed in partnership with Revolve Group as part of a multicategory venture announced in 2025.8
Gaming projects use .Game domains across a variety of genres, formats, and player experiences. In Q3, we highlighted three projects that demonstrate that range. From exploring an open world with friends to navigating branching dungeon paths and competing across multiplayer experiences, each project takes a different approach to how players connect, explore, and play.
Below are the .Game projects featured this quarter:
KOMPETE.Game is the online home of KOMPETE, a free-to-play multiplayer gaming platform developed by independent game developer Modernize Games. According to the website, the platform is designed to bring multiple competitive games together in a single application, so players can switch between game modes with a single account.
UnderMine2.Game is the online home of UnderMine 2, an action-adventure roguelike developed by Thorium, an independent game studio. A “roguelike” is a video game genre (named after the 1980 game Rogue) built around procedural level generation and permanent death, where losing requires starting over from the beginning. UnderMine 2 entered Early Access on July 22, 2025, as a sequel to Thorium’s original UnderMine (UnderMine.Game), which launched into Early Access in 2019 and reached a full 1.0 release in 2020.
BigWalk.Game is the online home of Big Walk, a cooperative multiplayer adventure game (where multiple players work together as a team) in which friends explore an open world together, solving puzzles mainly through communication and teamwork. Big Walk was developed by Melbourne studio House House and published by Panic. The game launched on August 4, 2026, and sold more than a million copies in less than a week, according to ABC News.9 House House’s previous release, Untitled Goose Game (Goose.Game), won the Family category at the 2020 BAFTA Games Awards.10
Our weekly #AIMonday series highlights projects from the .xyz community applying AI across a range of industries and use cases. This quarter’s features spanned neurotechnology, emotional wellness, and collaboration tools.

Matter.xyz is the online home of Matter Neuroscience, a company combining molecular neuroscience, brain imaging, and guided emotional training to help people improve their emotional well-being. Matter’s iOS app uses an AI feature called “M” alongside neuroscience-based tools designed to help people track and strengthen their emotional fitness.
Buzz.xyz is the online home of Buzz, a collaboration platform released by Block.xyz, the company co-founded by Jack Dorsey that also operates Square, Cash App, Afterpay, and Tidal. According to Block’s announcement, Buzz is built on Nostr, a decentralized protocol for signed messages and portable identities. The platform includes channels, threads, direct messages, voice, media sharing, code repositories, and automated workflows, and Block describes the interface as similar to existing team communication tools.11 As reported by TechCrunch, Buzz is positioned as an alternative to workplace messaging platform Slack and code hosting platform GitHub.12
Our weekly #WebsiteWednesday series highlights the wide assortment of projects emerging from the .xyz community. Below are a few examples from Q3, including a career guidance platform, a personal website, and an athlete marketing platform:
CoffeeWith.xyz is the online home of Coffee With, a platform designed to help young people explore careers through real stories, interviews, and educational guidance. According to the website, the platform was created to give students access to authentic career journeys, showing how professionals from a wide range of fields found meaningful work. The website states that Coffee With emphasizes curiosity, unexpected opportunities, and personal experiences alongside educational guidance, rather than prescribed career pathways alone.
BrianParker.xyz is the personal website of Brian Parker, a brand and verbal strategist working across the creative industries. Brian uses his website to showcase his partnerships with design agencies, creative studios, artists, and entrepreneurs on brand strategy and language.
Faves.xyz is the online home of Faves, a platform designed to help athletes monetize their influence and help brands build and manage athlete marketing programs. According to the website, athletes can create a personal page to consolidate their favorite products, earn commissions through affiliate links, and connect with brand partnership opportunities. The platform states it currently has more than 900 athletes across 43 sports, with over one million fans shopping. In January 2026, as reported by Sports Business Journal, Faves launched with $3M in funding from CMT Digital and Collider Ventures.13
Our weekly #BlockchainThursday series highlights blockchain-focused projects spanning protocols, platforms, infrastructure, and more.
Below are a few examples from Q3:
Yield.xyz is a blockchain company that aims to provide a single API for accessing staking, stablecoin, and DeFi yield opportunities across blockchain networks. According to the website, the platform is designed to give businesses, including wallets, custodians, neobanks, and hedge funds, a way to launch yield products without integrating each staking or DeFi venue separately.
Prelude.xyz is the online home of Prelude, a first-check venture fund that invests in early-stage crypto and blockchain founders. The firm rebranded from Cherry Crypto (Cherry.xyz) to Prelude in April 2025, adopting a name it says reflects its focus on investing before companies become obvious.
Arcus.xyz is the online home of Arcus, a decentralized exchange developed by the team behind the dYdX.xyz decentralized exchange. The platform was launched in partnership with Robinhood and now runs on Robinhood Chain, Robinhood’s blockchain network. According to the dYdX Foundation, the original dYdX blockchain remains separate, community-owned, and continues to operate independently.14

The XYZ Registry Domains Report tracks premium domain sales, aftermarket activity, trending TLDs, and popular keywords appearing in newly registered .xyz domains each month. The series also shares registrant testimonials offering insight into why businesses and individuals choose .xyz for premium and aftermarket domain purchases.
Beyond domain trends, we regularly spotlight startups building on .xyz and other XYZ Registry domains as they reach new milestones. Here is a selection of raises that we reported on in Q3 Domains Reports:
Registrant testimonials in the Domains Report offer insight into why developers choose .xyz, including how a domain can help communicate a company’s focus and connect with its intended audience. Matt Katz, CEO of Caldera.xyz, shared:
“We chose to build on .xyz because it is by far the best way for us to signal our Web3-nativeness. We’re a developer-focused company, so we need to communicate that clearly. Using a .xyz domain is our way of speaking to Web3 devs: we’re like you, we get you, and we understand the problems you’re facing.”
– Matt Katz, CEO, Caldera.xyz
